|Senior Transcript Information|
Transcripts for Colleges and/or Universities:
All requests for initial transcripts to be sent to colleges MUST go through your Naviance account regardless of the application type (Common Application, school application, etc.) or deadline (Early Action, Early Decision, Regular Decision, etc.).
If the colleges you are applying require specific term grades pick up the “Request for Transcript with Term Grades” form from the guidance office. Follow directions listed on the form and turn in the completed form to the Guidance Secretary, Mrs. Gannon. *Please note: Request for Transcript with Term Grades Form are available after term grades are released.
SENIORS: FINAL TRANSCRIPT request are done through the Graduation Survey on Naviance. The Guidance Department should have final transcripts mailed to colleges 1-2 weeks after graduation.
Transcripts for Scholarships, College Coach, Military, Summer Programs/Camps, Personal Use, etc.:
Students must complete a paper copy of the Transcript Request form located in the guidance lobby and turn in the completed form(s) to the Guidance Secretary.

|King Philip Regional High School is considering offering the Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery Exam (ASVAB) to interested juniors and seniors on April 11, 2017 at 2:30. This exam is FREE and can be a useful tool in identifying marketable areas of future employment strengths. |King Philip Local Scholarship Information||Posted: Monday, March 13|
|Current Seniors are now able to access the Class of 2017 Local Scholarship Packet by scrolling to the bottom of the guidance website page and clicking on the "Class of 2017 Information" folder. Seniors can pick up a copy of their transcript for scholarship purposes from Mrs. Gannon, the guidance secretary, in the Guidance Office Monday-Friday, 7am-3pm.|
